Guided Walks

There is no better way to explore Worcester than on foot. Discover all of the beautiful buildings and monuments and learn the history of our fascinating City.

Daily city walks are available departing from The Guildhall, however, if you have a specific interest bespoke walks can be tailor made to your requirements.

'Worcester Walks' is a team of qualified Green and Blue Badge Guides who are all members of the Institute and Guild of Guides and local people who are keen to share their knowledge of the City with visitors.
 
They will take you on an entertaining stroll around the medieval streets and the riverside - recounting fascinating tales of famous and infamous characters, who helped create the city we know and love today today.
 
Themed walks include ; Worcester Waterways, Pubs with Past and Passion, Civil War, Elgar and Industrial Heritage.
 
'Discover History' are a team of award winning historical interpreters that are passionate about their home city and would like to share this passion with you by accompanying them on 'The Worcester Story' tour. Come and join one of Worcester's past characters as they allow you to discover the hidden histories of our faithful city from its earliest origins up to present day. This tour takes place at 18.00 daily meeting outside the Guildhall. Booking is essential. Tours are available all year round, for individuals and groups at any other time upon request.
