About VisitWorcester
VisitWorcester was set up in 2007 following a merger between the former city centre partnership, Worcester City Centre Forum, and Worcester City Council's tourism section.
The remit of the organisation was to deliver and develop city centre management and tourism in the city of Worcester.
It carried out activities in a number of areas:

running events and projects

lobbying and representation

facilitating communication between the various city stakeholders
