Road
Worcester is on the M5 motorway and is served by two motorway junctions:

Leave the M5 at junction 7 for Worcester south and west, the city centre and main visitor attractions, the University of Worcester and Worcestershire County Cricket. Follow the brown signs or city centre signs.

Leave the M5 at junction 6 for Worcester north, the city's main business parks, the Park and Ride site and Worcester Warriors Rugby Club at Sixways.

Rail
Worcester is served by two railway stations:
 
Foregate Street Station is right at the heart of the city centre, only a few minutes walk to the main shopping centre and visitor attractions, theatre and concert venues.

Shrub Hill Railway Station is also only a short walk (approx. 15 minutes) away from the city centre.

Frequent train services run to London Paddington (approx. journey time 2hrs 45 mins), and to Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Snow Hill (approx. journey time 45 mins) and to many other nearby towns.

Air

The closest airport to Worcester is Birmingham International (38 miles/60km) with regular daily flights to and from many European and international destinations. Water
Worcester sits on the banks of the River Severn and the Worcester to Birmingham Canal. It has full service moorings at Lowesmoor Wharf and Diglis Basin as well as other mooring points near the Commandery and the road bridge.
