Georgia Smith

Georgia was appointed as the first Head of VisitWorcester in March 2007.  She was formerly city centre manager in Worcester. She was responsible for the overall management of the VisitWorcester staff team and together with the Board of Directors set the vision and strategic direction in VisitWorcester's areas of activity until March 2013: City Centre Management, Tourism, Events and the creation of the Worcester BID.
 
 
 

Adrian Field

Adrian joined in February 2008 as the Worcester Business Improvement District (BID) Manager.
 His role is to project manage the Worcester BID successfully following a successful ballot in October 2009 and its implementation between April 2010 and March 2015.
 
He was born and lives in Worcester he has previously worked for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce and Malvern Hills District Council. Adrian studied Economics and Geography at Portsmouth University and before joining VisitWorcester he was Warwick's Town Centre Manager. He is also the Chairman of the Midlands region of the Association of Town and City Management (ATCM).

Cheryl Norfolk

Cheryl joined CityNet in September 2012 as Administrator. She read Politics, Computing and Statistics with Data Analysis at Portsmouth University, and International Relations including Conflict Resolution at Coventry University. In 1997 Cheryl and her partner set up their own IT Company which specialised in International Payments and Security together with Fraud Prevention. She has also worked at Worcester City Council as part of the Property Services Estates Team.

Karl Turner

Karl joined Worcester BID in May 2013 as a BID Street Ranger. Karl mostly worked in care since leaving university, working in different roles as a HCA, support worker and in elderly care.

In his role as Street Ranger he is responsible for facilitating Worcester BID schemes, promoting trade and tourism with businesses and the public, and helping with BID events. Jack Hince

Jack joined Worcester BID in April 2013 having previously been employed by VisitWorcester since March 2007 as CityNet Crime Reduction Manager.

His main role is to co-ordinate and manage the Worcester CityNet Anti-Crime Group and his post has been funded by the BID since April 2010 via the project to cover the cost of the member businesses' membership fee.

This group is a professional approach to combating retail and city centre crime in Worcester. Crime reduction initiatives involving retailers, the police and other agencies throughout Worcester share good practice, information and promote partnership working.

Jack is a retired police officer who spent the last 21 years of his service in Worcester. Originally from Wales, and proud of his Welsh heritage, Jack and his family live in Worcester and he is dedicated to his role in helping make the city a safer place to shop.

Hazel Shephard

Hazel joined Worcester BID in March 2010 as the BID Co-Ordinator.

She grew up in Malvern and has lived and worked in Worcestershire for the majority of her life.  Hazel was formerly the office manager at Tudor Grange Academy and also has many years experience working in corporate events for a local event company EML, Event Management & Logistics Ltd.  She loves to cook and bribes her colleagues with cakes and biscuits.  She also enjoys cycling in the summer months down by the river and racecourse.

Jean Lowth

Jean is the Worcester BID book keeper and is employed on a freelance basis coming into the office as required.

Charlotte Moulton

Charlotte joined Worcester BID in September 2012 as the BID Levy Administrator and is responsible for the collection of the BID levy including producing reports on progress. She formerly worked in the retail world of banking as a Personal Banker/Manager for 23 years. She grew up in Pershore and went to school in Worcester.

Charlotte is a qualified aerobics instructor and teaches Zumba in her spare time. She likes the outside activities like dog walking,camping and windsurfing in the summer.

Martin Clews

Martin joined Worcester BID in June 2013 as a BID Street Ranger. Martin has lived in the Black Country most of his life. He is a retired member of the Armed Forces after serving in the Royal Air Force Police for 22 years in many parts of the UK and the world. On retirement Martin qualified as a Driving Instructor and has been successfully teaching since 2008. This leads to his passion for cars where he is involved in the day to day running and ownership of a national car club.

His main role as a visible presence on our streets is to work together with businesses, visitors and people of Worcester to provide a friendlier, more informed, safer and cleaner city, working closely with the Police and CCTV.

Michelle Payne

Michelle joined Worcester BID in September 2012 as a BID Street Ranger.

Her main role as a visible presence on our streets is to work together with businesses, visitors and people of Worcester to provide a friendlier, more informed, safer and cleaner city, working closely with the Police and CCTV.

Michelle has lived in Worcester most of her life. For the last 10 years Michelle worked for a UK Charter Airline at Birmingham and Bristol International Airports. Michelle also worked for the Worcester Tourist Information Centre in 2001-2002 and has completed Customer Service training programmes with Welcome Host and Welcome International. Michelle is also first aid trained. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys socialising, travelling and walking.

Nadja von Dahlen

Nadja joined the Worcester Business Improvement District (BID) team in March 2013 as a Marketing and Events Officer.
 
Her main role is to create and coordinate BID events and marketing campaigns, including the Worcester Motor Festival, Great British Summer Event and Uniquely Worcester. 
 
Before joining the Worcester BID Nadja was responsible for the organisation and management of major outdoor events in Worcester, worked in destination marketing and for tour operators.
