Baseline Agreements

Baseline Agrements ensure that there is written evidence of the standards of service which will be provided by the City and County Councils and the Police over the duration of the BID. They detail the level, scale, frequency and extent of each particular service provision.

Why Have Baseline Agreements?

These are crucial documents which state what the public agencies such as the City and County Councils as well as the Police are committed to over the 5 year BID period. This ensures that the BID projects do not replace, duplicate their work but only provide additionality.
