Reduced Rate Advertising
In November 2011 we negotiated a greatly reduced rate for BID businesses to have a full page in the Worcester News for 300 pounds as part of a Christmas supplement. This would normally have cost 1700 pounds for a three week campaign.
In January 2012, 12 professional service businesses also signed up to advertise for free in the Worcester News after the Worcester BID were able to bulk purchase advertising space.
In March 2012 we funded a feature on Reindeer Court outlining all tenants in Live 24 Seven magazine. We also promoted Worcester as a whole in March 2012 with a feature in Worcestershire Now, Wye Valley Now and Primary Times magazines.
In 2010 we gave 28 businesses in Mealcheapen Street, St. Swithins Street and Trinity Street free advertising on the wrap of the Berrows Journal.
