Pedestrian Signage

We have set up a group to look at installing new pedestrian ’fingerpost’ signage in the city centre making it easier for people to get around and be aware of the businesses in the city. An independent audit of existing and required signage took place at the end of 2011 and we will keep you updated on progress as we look to implement the new signage in 2012. Images below show what can be done and what we have at present which clearly needs improving!

 

This project is one of the most sought after by BID levy paying businesses when the consultation exercises were undertaken.
