Training Courses

Worcester BID are funding a series of training courses for employees of BID businesses to undertake either free or heavily subsidised. We have already undertaken two, a first aid course in November 2010 and a Customer Service and Handling Complaints course which were both extremely well received by those employees of BID businesses who participated.
