There are many great galleries, bars, music venues, theatres and cinemas to visit in Worcester. Within the city there is the jewel-like Countess of Huntingdon Hall, a wonderful historic building now used sensitively as an entertainment venue and the charming Arts & Crafts style City Art Gallery & Museum has a fine compact collection of paintings and dynamic touring exhibitions. There is also a great selection of vibrant art galleries in historic Friar Street, including Birties of Worcester.
