Worcester's Visitor Centre (Tourist Information Centre) is located in the stunning Grade 1 listed Guildhall in High Street.
The centre provides:

Season tickets for First Buses and Worcester Park & Ride

A range of local merchandise including gifts and souvenirs, books and maps
New Year Sale at the Worcester Visitor Centre - a range of quality gifts, stationery, Christmas cards and decorations all at greatly reduced prices.
Did you know that the Tourist Information Centre sells Theatre Tokens?
You choose how much to spend, they choose where and when. The perfect gift all through the year for birthdays, anniversaries, special thank you's and not forgetting Mother's Day and Easter coming soon. Available in denominations of £5, £10 and £20.

Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 5.00pm
Sunday - closed (except when large events are held in the city)
Bank Holidays - 10.00am - 4.00pm
Visitor Information Patrollers (VIPs)
We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with helping to promote Worcester and helping visitors to find key attractions and shops through our Visitor Information Patroller (VIP) scheme. If you are interested in helping out at our larger events or in the summer holidays and have time to spare, please contact the Visitor Centre for more information including a role description.
