Businesses can decorate their premises to welcome the Torch and can support community activities at various points along the route or organise their own activities, but they must ensure that all activities and publicity adheres to the brand guidelines set by LOCOG. This is to ensure that sponsors who have paid to be associated with the Olympic Torch Relay and the Olympic Games can benefit fully from their financial contributions.
