Coming to the Worcester Christmas Fayre by coach
In 2010 the Worcester Christmas Fayre attracted an estimated 100,000 visitors braving the cold temperatures and wintry conditions. In order to ensure that everyone′s visit is enjoyable and to deal with limited coach parking capacities, we run a coach and minibus booking service.
Once the coach parking capacity has been reached we will be unable to take any further coach bookings and coaches travelling to Worcester without a booking will be turned away by West Mercia Police. So it is essential to pre-book your visit by the extended closing date of Friday 18th November 2011. (The cancellation deadline remains 28th October 2011)
Coach booking forms can be downloaded from this website and have been sent out to coach companies and group organisers registered on our mailing list. Should you wish to register or change your contact details, please email your name, company/group name, address and phone number to [email protected] .
Standard booking fees for coach arrangements made by 18th November 2011 are:
Thursday £32.50 + VAT
Friday £42.50 + VAT
Saturday £61.25 + VAT
Sunday £42.50 + VAT
Coaches and minibuses arriving at Worcester City Centre during the days of the Fayre without booking in advance will be charged £120.00 + VAT.
