There are some great opportunites for local businesses to get involved in this event by contributing to competitions with prizes such as gift vouchers, hampers or individual items. We are also promoting special offers by local businesses and attractions to our visitors, which could be an additional incentive to visit your business. These offers are listed on our website for free, can be accessed via QR codes on our 'You are here maps' and will be included in press releases prior to the event. If you are interested in providing an offer or competition prize, please contact the Worcester BID team for further information on 01905 722320.
If you have any deliveries scheduled to your property on 18th May 2013, please complete and return the below delivery form to us by Friday 3rd May 2013.
Please note that there are official road closures in place from 6.30am to 7.00pm for High Street, Broad Street, Angel Place, Church Street, Bank Street, Pump Street, The Shambles, Friar Street (Union Street junction to Charles Street), Mealcheapen Street and at South Quay (along the Riverside).
We will do our best to enable access is as usual for you. Therefore, once we know what times the delivery vehicles are expected, we can arrange for alternative delivery areas, provide support to get goods into your property or issue a delivery permit. Strictly no delivery vehicles are allowed in the event area from 7.30am to 5.30pm.
